Advanta Limited, a global leader in high-quality agricultural produce, faced critical challenges in managing its crop data and inventory efficiently. Despite its extensive operations across 84 countries, the company’s reliance on manual, paper-based systems and lack of real-time functionality hindered its ability to maintain data accuracy, streamline processes, and ensure effective decision-making.

- Lack of Real-Time Updates: Employees struggled to stay updated on inventory levels and make timely crop management decisions due to the absence of real-time data.
