COMPANY BACKGROUND

Advanta Limited, a global leader in high-quality agricultural produce, faced critical challenges in managing its crop data and inventory efficiently. Despite its extensive operations across 84 countries, the company’s reliance on manual, paper-based systems and lack of real-time functionality hindered its ability to maintain data accuracy, streamline processes, and ensure effective decision-making.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

  1. Lack of Real-Time Updates: Employees struggled to stay updated on inventory levels and make timely crop management decisions due to the absence of real-time data.
  2. Paperwork Overload: Manual data entry processes were time-intensive and prone to errors, leading to inefficiencies and resource wastage.
  3. Inconsistent Seller Information: The lack of a centralized system to manage seller data caused discrepancies in performance tracking and payment management.
  4. Incomplete Transaction Records: Tracking crop flow and inventory was challenging due to fragmented and inaccurate transaction data.
Home Page – This is the first page user will land on when they will click on the app link .
Purchase Page – Here, user can see Purchase ( Inward ) transaction of Advanta which consists of Date,Type of crop, unit,price,total along with warehouse location where the crop is stored. User can add new transaction into the excel by directly clicking on the “ + “ button on that page.
Updated Stock- Under this section, we can check current stock of Advanta by selecting from the drop down menu. Just we have to choose one crop name from the list then the app will show opening, inward, outward and closing ( current stock left ) of that particular stock which will make easy for anyone to check from anywhere without accessing excel file.
